007-Rainbow Poem by Jasper Pane

007-Rainbow

Rainbow Striking red roses
Perfume so luxurious
Symbol of true love

Rosy pink blossoms
Dancing from sun-burned kindling
Blanket of petals

So picture perfect
Glorious summer sunset
Warm tangerine sky

Sun kissed daffodils
An orchestra of yellow
Trumpeting in spring.

Changing shades of green
A patchwork quilt of meadows
On the ground below.

Crystal blue waters
Shimmering with the reflection
Of the scorching orb

Intoxicating
Violet haze before your eyes
Jacaranda tree.

Indigo flourish
A velvety midnight sky
Glistening with stars

Spectrum of colours
Stretching across the cyan sky
Concluding with gold
