What have we done to you

They've made you

A savage

Ruthless

Even though

You were always kind

Oh my dearly Africa.

It was the whites

Now its Jacob Zuma

And Robert Mugabe's wife

Oh my dearly Africa

Africa forgive them

Give them many chances

Until they come to their consciences

Oh my dearly Africa.

Africa is your mother land

Black men and women

It was peaceful until they came.
