'I was thinking of her
When I should've been thinking
About me
Hell, I go through life
Not knowing who I'm gonna be
I was expecting her
Her warm, sweet smile
When I opened my eyes
She was way more than a mile
Away
Ten-thousand miles
To be sure
But that so far away
Can I be that pure
To you'
