Forgotten Love Poem by Josh Menard

Forgotten Love

'I once liked a girl
I was in 3rd grade
She was the same age as me
And very well-made
I didn't know
If she liked me back
All I know
Someone let 'the cat out the sack'
Now I'm here
Waiting with
Nothing but a tear
For her return
Hoping
She didn't leave me to burn'

Nice poem.that happens to the best of us, if she was meant for you, your paths will cross again.if she wasnt, they wont...do not hold ön to the past, just live your life..you have the world at your feet..
