~ Walking in the rain ~


I chose to walk
I go out late
when everyone was asleep
it’s dark

I walk for miles without a goal,
not going any place.

its heavy rain
no one can see me,
or
how I’m filled with pain.

They only try to keep themselves dry
and get out of the rain.

Myself
I just keep walking,
not caring if I’m wet.

Maybe if I walk enough I’ll finally forget.

But...........
the memories of you keep haunting me,
torturing my brain.
And the tears keep streaming down my face,
so I hide them in the rain
