~ The Visage Of Pain ~



Does pain have a face?
I want to see it and embrace!

Does it come in a phase?
I want to listen what it says!

Its depth, how does one gauge?
Until one turns on life's every page!
Why does it come in a deluge?
When it comes, why do we seek refuge?

Isn't it a fact that pain makes you strong?
In accepting it, what's wrong?

Pain is the other side of joy,
We accept joy; but why does pain annoy?
Pain teaches us joy's value,
Then pain itself, why should we devalue?
