Rating: 3.5

A monolith so minuscule dressed in green,
irony found and and iron abound.
The testament to terrible technology
strangled, sucked within the scream!
of silence and science run aground

crushed by cruel Chronos' crime.
Earth falls by glass, crusted over
metal rusting in the grass. Metal
to stone, stone to plant, passing life
echoes passing light. And so falls in field like clover

sadness swells in the Mother.
Gathering her children to her bosom,
rejecting that was made, the beings not chosen.
