A Beautiful Flower
A Flower is the Earth's smile.
Planted and watered with love.
I sit in glorious anticipation,
expectations of beauty from above
You placed it there,
That I remember.
You told me about the seed.
I did not understand at the time,
How important it was to me.
The winds of life pushing along,
Flowers jostled by that power.
What a lonely and solitary life,
to be such a beautiful flower.
