I walked alone
I borrowed hatred's friend; sorrow
I have left my home
Walking for the dawn of tomorrow
Meeting the desire of others
Taking upon the need of the sick
Carrying the loads of my brothers
Accepting all the needles and pricks
And suddenly, you smacked me on face
And I turned to the other side
I transformed your hate
Into love that we can abide
While walking alone
I borrowed love's friend; kind
I have entered to a throne
With a beautiful mind
