A Black Man's Cool Poem by Poetical Analysis

A Black Man's Cool

The unwaveringly cool, Black Man's face
The coolest, eva, face
Born from among the Ghetto Race
Is the face of an epic
As grand and great as Gilgamesh
As sacred, as secret, as ancient
The face stripped bare of [the] mask
A human forced to play a role in the cast
In the act
In the fact
None of this is real
These people are just evil
Nasty
Sick
Sociopathic
Greedy & grubby, gimme, gimme, gotta have it
Obsessive
Deranged, violence addicts
There is no game
They are not playing
Babies, disabled, elderly, and pregnant are slain
Then and now
This cool black face need not ask how
Or why
Anymore
Ever again
His only hope is bare this face till his end
Till he falls
Like all the rest
All the time
Right in front of his face
