A Black Rose Poem by Joseph Wordsmith

A Black Rose

Rating: 4.0

There is a black rose behind my bed.
Hidden in the crevice by the wall.
One black rose, shriveled and dried.
Once red and alive, now dead.
There it is between the bed and the wall.
One red rose which withered and died.
