A Breaking Star Poem by jeweli rhodes

I wished upon a start and now i know who you are.
You fell from the sky and crashed into me.
You brightened my day and took me out of the darkness.
You took me into the sky and showed me a new world. but now your gone and i'm falling.
I keep screaming your name but you wont listen.
You pushed me out and pulled me in then left me heart-broken.
The stars are going out the light is being taken.
I'm left in the dark shattered, broken, forsaken.
You've broken my soul you've taken my glow.I can not hold on. I must let let go, but tell me do you love me so.
