A Brooms Sweep Poem by Jacob Biehl

A Brooms Sweep

a broom's sweep can kill a mouse,
just as a sweep of plague can kill a country,
a sweep of ocean can kill a continet,
and killing a bee can kill all land animals,
killing a worm can kill a bird, killing a bird can kill a spider,
the deadly chain with no manners is a deadly game in all are linked,
a game more fearful than any other,
we're in a game of witch rules call for interspecies coperation,
yet if we kill the pesky mosquitos,
people may over populate earth,
a net that kills a shark, may save a seal who eats more fish,
the lack of fish kills the seal,
and after the surplus, then lack of corpses, kills the crabs,
and just as a storm kills the worms,
a brooms sweep can kill a mouse.
