A Candle And His Ego Poem by Tulsi Shrestha

A Candle And His Ego

.A Candle And His ego
When
A candle is personified
As A Mighty Sun
Auditorium echoes with
Clapping sounds.

He claims himself
As A source of light
For the whole world
Now it is turn for oxygen
To smile....then.

The Sun hides behind
Black clouds to reveal truth
The whole world turns dark, then
Candle feels how incomplete he is!
Without Air and Sticks to ignite him.

Flight in Literary World
As a particle of it
Ignorant you are to call
The world is within me
The world itself is a drop of water
In ocean of universe.

Never judge your contribution
There is a mirror to reflect you
Who you are, where you are
The best song is still left to sing
Alternatives available to remind
The world continues without you.
