A Curse For My Dowry Fused

Rating: 5.0

Idlers, paved her paths in active energies, mocking in secret while feigning friendliness,

Desperate in cunning kept afore, waspish indecorous renown and legendary

Occupy zestfully for the overturn, kiddy and unlearned, violently intrusive in motives for asunder,

Wind swift in globetrot for his lustful long kept desires, his comrade stood aloof, hell bent to the end.

Unthrifty, vexed ravenously, garbed in demonic vent to a hurt, cursed, though oblivious, the seed & all

Oft, in manipulative pretext candour in my home serves papal Rome beyond Constantine

Harlotry “soul tied” & undiscerning bewitched from all sphere thanking enemies journeying as passerby

Ill-beseeming husband friend of a poisoned breaded betrothed, Canker masked

Overset, overwhelmingly, clandestine craft bared forcefully taking instructions from soul bond

Zestfully enraged, committed as controlled by nameless legions but not The word, though religious.

Ending a union as the intruder, cursed, for his part with his line.

An insightful philosophical piece of poetry depicting the ugly side of waywardness, well articulated and beautifully penned in heightened poetic diction with conviction. A lovely poem indeed. Thanks for sharing Seyi. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
