A Deep Meditation Poem by Paul Mearing

A Deep Meditation

The meditation.

In through the nose out through the mouth deep I breath my way through the barriers of the physical world where I walk through a canyon and cross a river.

I stumble upon a stranger whose aura seems so familiar to me yet we've never met, his robes emit light that does not blind or scare me.

He asks me to look upon the earth from space and I see that it's dark and speckled with lights.

What am I seeing? I ask.

Not the earth in a physical sense but the earth from a spirits view.
Concentrate on one light and watch another grow, this happens when you impart wisdom and open peoples eyes to the truth.

Don't be afraid of helping others spread love through the world and light all places where darkness dwells.

Believe in yourself, trust yourself, make yourself a better person
And another light will grow.
