A Dream Dies
yes I had a dream
no it was not real
nothing is as it seems
just moments left to steal
now i lie in wait
for the coming days
left in a state
of confusion and daze
but all is not lost
although it may take time
i am willing to pay the cost
and turn my life on a dime
