A Fallen Step - Poem by glorious alice
I dreamt big in my 13.
My curious knowledge equipped me
To grab so.
The only target was approached near
All I ve done meticulously was fine enough
My sky was seen with blistering stars.
The subjects I read have seemed tired.
The pen I used would curse my
My dream collapsed
Owing to the lack of moneyowledge.
Who missiled my balloon of dream
I am still pondering.
May be I failed in 17-but
I fought with my disappointed years.
Now,23 say with an outburst.
I never carved a niche in my previous target.
I never dream-but
I will make people to dream on my work.
I will praise my faded dream
For thrusting me
Who I am.
