A Field Of Love Poem by Angie Foxx

A Field Of Love

Rating: 5.0

Engulfed with flowers
Colors array
It's beauty breath taking
Beautiful is the only word to say.

As the sun shimmered down
Upon each and every thing
You could see the flutter of butterfly wings
Hear the birds above sing.

Monarchs fueling for their travel
The season would soon change
An instinct seeking warmth
Would begin the journey south until the next Spring.

Insects buzzing
All of a different sound
A mild breeze blowing
Making the temperature exact all around.

It is as if
The land held a note within
Asking each pair of eyes
Too soon return again.

Within each quarter
A new surprise held
Even at the coldest time of Winter
One takes away a story too tell.

The masterpiece created
One of the many gifts below
Heaven eternal
A field of love He bestows.
