A Garland From Smiles Poem by mohammad ahmadizadeh

A Garland From Smiles

Rating: 5.0

The clemency of flowers on the air
awakens the numbed courtesy of
my loneliness's hands

I endeavor to pick
the branches of flying relief
stringing with the thread of memories
making the garland of oblivion

let your lips give me the weightiness of
your smile's fragrance

I want the arms of fascination
would be put evermore around my neck
bowing down the torment of wakefulness

until I fall to sleep
on the knees of your love
forever and ever

Flowers spread fragrance as mercy to air to carry the same fragrance so far. This awakens numbed courtesy. Picking branches of flying relief is interesting. Love gives fragrance of smile like flowers give to air. Falling asleep in knee of love is interesting. A great imagery is drawn in this poem. Excellently penned this is and shared.10
