A Garret In Arles - Poem by Laurence Overmire
As a poet
She knew what Van Gogh
Must have felt
All those years
Creating images in
Splashing color
Blood and dreams mixed in oil
(That)
The rest of the world
Out of misplaced time, deemed
Worthless.
