Well lived in Showing the usual signs of wear typical for its age.

The foundations are strong, and there has been a host of improvements over the years.

The decor is a matter of taste and easily changed to suit.

From the outside quite presentable, with good features.

On the inside, everything you would expect, with all major appliances.

Hasn't been utilised for a while so will need a small amount of work doing.

Minor restoration required and then years of trouble free use expected.

Cost an absolute fortune to build, yours for a fraction of the value.

I am of course a middle aged man in the UK job market.
