A Halloweennipeg Boo Poem by EMMALINE ORTIZ

A Halloweennipeg Boo

A Halloween Boo

It's always been a tradition
During this fall season
Peeps deck out for the occasion,
Some would even wear an out-of-this-world fashion
With smile on their faces,
You’ll hear kids shout the same phrase
'Trick or treat! ' like a magic spell
Waiting for the goodies to be handed out by the one who dwell
Chocolates, candies, or drinks,
Assorted chips or even toys I would think.

Come out y’all copycats of fantasies and the living dead!
Freddie’s not dead, so don’t go early in bed!
There’s usually a spooky party at the Adams family,
Check out Sadako and Chucky, holding-hands-while-walking-*p-s-s-p!
Life is like a rock….it’s hard! Today’s a good break to have fun
Have a sprightly Halloween everyone!
