A Human Poem by Pramod Ganganmale

A Human

A Human next to your home
is not a negro
A Human in front of your house
is not an Indian
A Human in your class
is not an African
A Human in your office
is not a Muslim
A Human next seat in your bus
is not a Jew
A Human near to you in market
is not a communist
A Human living in your apartment
is not a European, American, or Japanese or a Man or Woman
A Human
wherever you see, meet, speak, listen, touch
is a Human
A Human that speaks like you
But prays Its God
A Human listens like you
But hears prayers
A Human speaks like you
Slogans for work
A Human sees like you
Views dream
A Human touches like you
Smells a flower
A Human walks like you
Goes towards his home

Don't doubt Human
Don't blame Human
Don't kill Human
Don't depress Human
Don't dumb human's songs
Don't ban human's voice
Don't stop human's feet
Let human smile at you
Let human see a garden of flowers
Let human touch a boundary of a nation
Let human walk on a path
Once that human will reach to you
A Human!
