A Letter To My Best Friend Poem by Abdul-Qadir Abdul-Mumin

A Letter To My Best Friend

We talk and play and fight and share secrets.
We were friends since day one and I still don't know why.
Because there are billions of reasons
I cannot hate you, even if I try.
Our life together, qualifies for an interesting movie with endless seasons.
Together we crawled, walked, run, thus, together we shall fly.
This is a letter filled with love, hope, joy, and promises.
You my success, you my nemesis.
You my strength, you my weakness.
If love was an organ, then it is yours heart.
If kindness was a spirit, then it is your soul.
If goodness was a man, there is no doubt it is you.
I hope to find you in my future.
Best friends forever.
Yours friend.
Best friend.
