On the path of recovery and discovery-
Finding yoga-guru as an anchor was rare
When, absolutely unaware of its treasures
During those days of youth-hood.

Realizing folly, now when on a downswing
But, it's never too late to mend-
Completely surrendered to divine will
Today having lot many tales to share with.

Besides spiritual yogic and physical exercise
The vibration of Mantras from the Veda
Accumulating energy put-forth on to recovery
A path of getting not only physically-strong
But, also emotionally secure-
And thus, living a life to the fullest.
