A Life Without Existence Poem by slither through the grass

A Life Without Existence

when you have everyone in the world by your side,
but your still alone,
when you have every piece of yourself in collection,
but you don't feel whole,
when your eyes are open,
but you don't believe in what you see,
when your mouth is moving,
but you do not speak,

when your running away,
from what you used to run toward,
when your buying a chance,
that you can't afford,
when your spending a day,
alone in the dark,
when it all boils down,
you've gone and broken your own heart.
