A little angel came to me.
A little angel came to me,
As I sat by a stream,
She said please don't be startled,
This is not just a dream.
The angel looked so pretty,
With skin so pure and white,
She seemed to be so calm,
With a smile so bright.
She seemed to float so gracious,
Several feet above the ground,
I could hear the stream trickle,
Although there was hardly any sound.
A little angel visited me,
She said my man you must stay,
For you have lots of work to do,
You will meet your loved ones again one day.
