A Lonely Man Poem by Harold Conner

A Lonely Man

As I stand and
listen
To a man playing
a sax
A song of promiceses to a love
long gone
I watch a young couple
smileling and dancing
in the crowd
I remember the loves of
my past
And as the tears come down
I see
The joys and losses of
a young couple
a musician
Me
