A LOOK AT LIFE-71

YOU CAN'T ESCAPE

Unless you are true and honest
To yourself and others
You will be miles away
From peace and happiness.
Your actions and reactions
Their consequences
Are always with you
Wherever you are, heaven or hell
Doesn't matter.
Wherever you go
You carry the sense of guilt with you
And your conscience will never
Let you live in peace and harmony
Your guilt will remain with you
Until and unless you burn it
With the fire of repentance
And take a vow not to repeat it.
