A Love's Symphony That Lasts Forever Poem by Susan Onyowoicho Otokpa

A Love's Symphony That Lasts Forever

The sparkle of midnight is reflected in thy eyes,
The red rose of thy lips attracts my attention.

Thy voice is a symphony, captivating those who hear it.
I will always carry the flame of love within my soul.

Your beauty surpasses the moon's soft brightness,
and your touch is a soothing balm that heals my anguish.

Sweet sixteen, my love, so pure, so bright, you look.
With thee, my soul ascends in love's own light.

Oh, let me play the harp and watch you dance!
And let our love burn, unafraid.
Because when we are together,
all else stops and our love expands.

Thy love, a spark that kindles my soul's anger,
as surely as summer's warmth embraces nature's stage.

If you want to dance to the rhythm of the wind,
Draw me in let our bodies flow in unison
And dance till moonlight till our hearts beat as one

A love that lasts forever, blossoming at all hours.
Let poems and prose be written about our love.

A story that will live on forever, where love never dies
Since I belong to no one but thee,
Our hearts are joined together in an eternal embrace of love.
