A Morning Walk. Poem by Aswathi Asok

Beautiful-beautiful this morning walk
Yes, this is my first morning walk with my grand dad
I was immersed with the freshness of morning
I realized how wonderful it is…..
Every trees were shining, every grass were glowing
Every dew were sparkling, everywhere filled with sunshine's
Trees on the street dropped dews on my head, I felt refreshing
Each bird were dancing, I felt so joy in my mind
Saw many new, new birds in different color which I ever seen.
I heard their sweet voice oh! How beautiful they were chirping,
They were hurry to find their meal for the day,
Some of them were telling bye to hatchling
Flying up as flocks, flying up and very far away.
Spent some time beside the river, cool breeze kissed me,
Water glittered by sunshine, fish were dancing joyfully
I continued my walking with grand dad
I saw my old school,
Nostalgia caught my mind…..
Met many old and new friends on the way
I had a good chat with them….
Really-really dazzling, really-really great full
Ha-ha-ha, my first morning walk……
