I saw you again
At Cinema Ten
I admit I was surprised
But I was not mesmerized

Then you came to me all alone
And in a somber tone
You said, “I’m sorry”
Which really shocked me

You turned to go away
But I told you to stay
And I made you explain
Before you were able to complain

Then you told me everything
And about the life you were fixing
After that, you suggested we be friends
And I agreed, “Yes, friends.”
