Today we rejoice
the event of which was our choice
Now we carry ourselves with poise
coz we believe it is a new dawn

Praises abound our lips
We dine and sip
Jostle our body right from the hip
For our happiness, this is just a tip

That throne you now proudly fill
yes, the one right on top of the hill
was entrusted by the masses will
And the Almighty made it a seal

Our agonies you must feel
Our plights you must peel
Your promises you must fulfil
coz this CHANGE we seek must be real.
