A Piece Of Paper Poem by Ana Richardson

A Piece Of Paper

Just a piece of paper,
the passport to our future and the trinket of our past,
only a symbol of how far we've come,
for the knowledge we hope will further last.

259,200 minutes of discovering new intellectual heights,
we gave our all do our very best,
we wave goodbye to our peers and wonder,
will we survive our real life test?

It's time to move on and say adieu,
with bittersweet emotions we continue to fight,
knowing the best is yet to come as we go and take flight.

We'll continue to work hard and all for what?
