A Poem On Difference Poem by James Tipp

A Poem On Difference

“What is the difference? ” they asked
The tears in both their eyes were warm and salty
What is the difference?
In the pain seen in their dark eyes.
What is the difference?
In the life blood staining the ground.
They made a difference
By weeping together and sharing their sorrow.
