A Poor Maid Said She, I Do Not Take Tea And If I, Who Will To Me Daily? Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

A Poor Maid Said She, I Do Not Take Tea And If I, Who Will To Me Daily?

A beautiful maid
Said she,
If I take tea,
Who will give it to me
Daily,
When I heard it,
Heard it saying,
Not willing to be given
A cup of tea
I understood it, understood,
What can poverty be,
What does man become in poverty,
How does it refurbish as well as spoil a budding life,
What is it poverty,
How baffling, frustrating can it be?
Really, where to bring money from,
If you do not have?
