A Portrait Of A Foreigner Girl (A Painting From Heart, See Her But With Love) Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

A Portrait Of A Foreigner Girl (A Painting From Heart, See Her But With Love)

A portrait of a foreigner girl
How lovely is she
A fairly tall and finely-poised girl
Looking so modern and up-to-date
Seated on the sofa
Like a visitor,
A strange guest,
A white girl
Looking golden
And just like a rosy balsam
And the lips somewhat red,
The nose is long,
The face-cutting exquisitely beautiful
And the andaz excellent, so her adda
And while making the portrait
My brush works it not,
The hands get awe-struck
As such the pose, the posture
Of the blonde, the beauty
Of the belle,
So lovely and glistening,
I don't know,
God knows,
Shall I be able to make a portrait of her or not?
