A Postcard From My Fortress Of Solitude Poem by eve Taylor

A Postcard From My Fortress Of Solitude

Been a while,

life's well,

thing's are going,

routine,

is a good thing,

although,

one scheduled by me,

sleep when I do,

eat when I do,

do I feel guilt,

for needing to take,

a break,

you can be sure I do,

wouldn't you,

but sometimes life,

the living and such,

after a lifetime,

is hard to take.
