A Progressive Piece Of Art - Poem by joyce ebrecht

Lessons learned in life
are like a potter and his clay.....
They sculpt you and they mold you
into who you are today.....

Lessons learned in life
sometimes can be hard.....
leaving you broken and
leaving you scarred.....

But as the potter spins the wheel.....
In time you will see the scars beginning to heal.....

Unfortunately, through lessons learned
It's the ones we love whose hearts are spurned
Not until we are put through the fire.....
Will we become the creation of the potter's desire.....
