A Scavenger Poem by Ranjith Rio

A Scavenger

Rating: 5.0

Oh! Her red silk clothes got fading down,
the drenching cold of previous night will be gone
A warm signal from a distance is rising up,
he can't resist himself from stopping;
The breastfeeding sound replaced the cold night cries, and
their forelimb claws pressing and scratching my breasts;
I rested my head in the bow of old broken boat,
"how is it going? ", he now rose some height
The soft tides bringing some silent breeze, made
my three asleep along with her lullabies;
"How beautiful you all are! ", I thanked, but
everyday, everywhere you all are affected
Now its my turn to give you back, kept
my kids safe, started to beautifying back..
