Love is life
Friendship is love
Life without you
Is undreamed of
I know I have hurt you
I know I was wrong
A million apologies
Won't make right
What was wrong

To err is human
To forgive is divine
And if I could
I would go back in time
To correct my mistake
And remove your heartache
I am sorry my friend
For this bitter end

And so all I ask is
For a second chance
To prove to thee
What thy means to me
A second chance
For another dance
Down the road
Called Friendship Abode
