and so
from prison to the hospital
you find this sense
of comfort
to the piano music that
he played once
but still sticks deep down
in the recesses of
memory
it is that sweet sadness
assuaging that
madness long subsumed
that is awakened
bringing forth the rage
and the sage
in you
welcome to the
realities of this world
tackle down
the heaviness of
some words
