A Shadows Point Of View

Rating: 5.0

'A shadows point of view'
By Chrish bouusseau

Unknowingly.
Purposely,
Causing slight recoil to the followed.
Creeping in.
Silently,
Screaming from the bottom.

Reflex.
Flinch,
While the darkness drenched,
Each and every hollow.

I step back,
To reflect,
And watch the beast that I follow.
All black shades,
Mask the grays.
While the man in the mirror,
Shatters his fears.

One objective,
One simple reason.

To feel alone,
Like breakin bones.
This unhealed strain,
Masks the pain,
Felt deeper when I swallow.

Forever,
This shadow I follow.
