The morning sun, a gentle hand,
Wakes us all across the land.
A sleepy stretch, a quiet sigh,
As dreams begin to fade and fly.
The coffee brews, a warm embrace,
A steady rhythm, time and space.
The toast is crisp, the butter melts,
Simple joys the morning felt.
A friendly wave, a passing smile,
Making the day a little while.
A shared concern, a listening ear,
Chasing away a lonely fear.
The walk outside, the sky so blue,
Or rain that falls, for me and you.
The laughter shared, the silent tear,
The things we hold so very dear.
At close of day, the lamps ignite,
Painting our rooms with golden light.
A book, a song, a quiet thought,
The peace that rest has gently brought.
For in these moments, big and small,
We stand together, standing tall.
The same sun warms, the same moon gleams,
We walk in life, in shared bright dreams.
