A Smoker You, Have You Thought About Your Lungs? Your Lungs? Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

A Smoker You, Have You Thought About Your Lungs? Your Lungs?

(

Have you,
Have about your lungs,
Lungs
And if,
If get these affected,
Affected,
What will you,
Will you then
And at that time,
Will,
Will smoking,
Those who gave you tips in
Being a chain smoker,
Will,
Will they help,
Help you,
Even the stalls
From where,
Where you used to,
Used to bring packets,
Packets from?

Even now there is time,
Time in your hands,
Hands
Before a blackout,
A total blackout
And malfunctioning of iy
Anf take you not my advice,
Advice,
Go,
Go and get you X-rayed,
X-rayed your heart
So suggest I,
Suggest I
To quit,
Quit you smoking,
A possessive affair
With smokes, lighters, ash-trays
And the curls of smoke
Rising and rising.
