A Snowy Christmas Poem by Dr John Celes

A Snowy Christmas

’Tis Christmas time and snowing!
Snowflakes on trees are hanging;
Birds aren’t found to be singing;
The white snow keeps on falling.

A moon is full and peeping;
The temperature’s freezing;
The pine and fir are glistening;
The white snow keeps on falling.

Yet, one tree in the clearing;
A snow-white dress is wearing;
And decorations bearing,
As white snow keeps on falling,
Gets chosen to be Christmas tree!
