A Special Place Poem by Anisa Tara

A Special Place

Take me to that special place
You're the only one who can
So many have come along
I want no other man

Take me to that special place
Where all of me bows to you
You're tired with me now
But darling I am never through

Take me now, that's all I want
I write this as I sit at my desk
I eat, I sleep, I work, I drink
I think little of anything else

Take me now, that's all I want
You whispered heaven to me
In words, in sighs and in pants
In raptures uttered hurriedly

Take me to that special place
It doesn't matter if I die this way
Take me to your special place
Take all my pain away
