The day has ended

Quite unexpectedly,

It hadn't quite started,

And never quite finished,

I didn't get to see you today,

I'm so attached to you,

I feel as though

Nothing was accomplished,

A day is not a day

Without a dose, a splash of you,

Might as well

Erase this day

From my calendar,

It's as if

It never existed,

Such is the feeling,

Time lost can never be regained,

A day less to know you,

A lapse like this I cannot bear,

May tomorrow come soon,

I hope it can make up for today,

If there is such a way,

Because another day like this

Dare it not come by again.
