A Star Among Many Poem by Vlad Mutuleanu

A Star Among Many

I am but a ray of light
On a warm sunny day,
I am but an autumn leaf
Softly blown away.
I can never be
The sunrise at dawn
Nor the moon at night,
I am but a star among many
That shine in the dark.

I really enjoyed reading this! We are not everything, but we are beautiful and significant parts of a bigger picture and grander scheme. Thank you.

I like the way you see this poem, in that positive way when you feel significant among many parts that drive the universe. I dont view it the same, writing this I realised how insignificant I really am in a too big universe. This goes to show how free poems are to interpret
